You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed, this includes your tracking information.
If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. If still not received please contact CustomerService@shopmajicbeauty.com
Order not received
We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, if your order has not reached you within 10 days of processing, please email CustomerService@shopmajicbeauty.com with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you.
Items not received
If you have not received your full order, please contact us at CustomerService@shopmajicbeauty.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM along with your order number.
Please note cases should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate this fully.
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to CustomerService@shopmajicbeauty.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

All orders are dispatch from our warehouse in Ireland.
If our warehouse in Ireland are out of stock with some items on the order (shopping chart), the whole order will be shipped from our Asian Warehouse in Bangkok and that can add a few days extra to the delivery of your order.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
$11.00 - $5.25, the more you spend the cheaper the shipping in Europe (free shipping over $60)
$13.50 - $6.25, the more you spend the cheaper the shipping to all international countries worldwide (free shipping over $60)
